Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

After receiving your payments we ship your order within 24hrs. We use local courier companies so usually delivery takes up to 3-7 working days within EU. 

You will see a screen with payment information so you can make SEPA payment. You will also receive an email with the same bank information. Once you make the payment it takes usually up to 3 working days to arrive to our account. Once we receive your payment we ship your order within 24hrs. 

If you need to change any shipping information you put in during purchase process, write us new information in email – info@shazamio.eu. You have to make these changes within 24hrs after your order. Later than that we do not guarantee your change as we might start shipping the package. 

We use only verified courier companies which allow online tracking. Once courier company provides tracking info, we will show it to you in this section. 

Yes you can make changes or cancel your order. You have to write us on email info@shazamio.eu. Only changes / cancel request within 24hrs after completing purchase process are accepted.
